It will not leave anyone behind. Embedded in the GIFTS project is a consciousness that lives in the relationship between individuals, it recognises it is relational trust that supports teachers to be innovative. Our role is to socialise change while aligning strategy with expertise. The GIFTS project builds authentic relationships as teachers become conscious of who they are as a teacher. It respects teaching as a vocation and at its heart is the relationship of trust between teachers and between a teacher and their student. |
